The portions and quality of the food were excellent. The service was really great! The waitress was very personable and efficient. I highly recommend this place for dinner. I had the stuff porkchop, and my wife had the crabcakes, and both meals were outstanding.
We enjoyed a good hot meal with excellent service. There is a bar right at the entrance and then plenty of seating to the right in 2 separate rooms. Entree was good, as was the appetizers. I came for the Wednesday Korean special. It was very good and I wished I would have purchased a 2nd dinner to Take Out. We've been to many Korean restaurants in Baltimore MD area, and this Wednesday fare was tops.
The food is always great, and the service is always top-notch. If you want a nice dinner with a cozy atmosphere, then Nelson Hpuse is the place.
Great food. Great service. Great atmosphere.My steak was cooked to perfection. This is the first time in ages where I didn’t have to send my steak back due to it not being cooked properly. I was happy with every bite. Seafood scampi was delicious. Chicken tenders and spaghetti as well! New favorite spot in Dubois. Will be back frequently! Thank you for an amazing experience!
This was a wonderful dining experience, the staff, and food were exceptional. Steak cooked to perfection. Vegetables were fresh not canned. Just an awesome place to eat.

Beer is always ice cold. My steak was great. Pork chop on Thursday is a must try. Mussel’s appetizer was great.
The host was very hospitable and the beer was extra cold in the frosty mugs! Thanks for being so gracious and welcoming to a libation-seeking crew when it was so close to closing! Great place to harken back to the days of bars in homes. You walk through the doors and go back in time! I highly suggest visiting this establishment!
